Today was pathology day, not good at all. Damn patho dept screwed us all over i'd say, as usual. The distribution of the questions were suprisingly uneven despite this being the finals and a lot of focus was given to diagnostic crap ala CP which i think is very uncharacteristic of patho. Anyway, what's done is done and i reckon i'll still pass anyway.
Next up is CP written exam, tuesday, Neptune Stadium. Yet to do any study for CP, so should start cramming as much as possible sometime soon, real soon i hope.
After the paper, had a small talk cock session with some of the usual people. Headed off to Little Italy in Wilton for lunch, had a toasted baguette which was a rip-off and a gay looking Pineapple Dream smoothie in the company of fellow rubbish talking people doing what we do best , talk rubbish. Then walk one round in Tesco and head home, chit-chat with Oink, sleep, wake up, dinner, now at comp wasting more time, yeay!
Btw, shocking news from back home caught my eye. Another NS trainee died while in camp. There's been quite a few since they started the programme. This poor girl has been complaining of constipation for a good few days, started having pains while on the shooting range, died later that day, near midnight in hospital. Her mom is questioning why the people in charge didn't take her to the hospital sooner. She's only 18 and is waiting to go into form 6. Very saddening indeed to die so young, especially at such a crucial age in life when big things start happening, at least in my opinion. Anyway, we'll continue to hear more tragic stories of pointless deaths of young people like this in the future as in the past I think, as long as they keep running this damn programme with such "high" regard for safety and health. I don't think the people in power care at all, unless of course some kid from a high profile background suffers the same fate. Some things never change and that's how it will be for years to come I suppose in Malaysia, truly Asia.
On another note, me thinks me should just STFU and study now la...sigh...
