1) Officially done with my finals! Woohoo! OCSE was kinda..."interesting"...some of the stuff were totally unexpected but the rest were decent, so a bit of a give and take there. I deeply symphatize with the people in the afternoon session, some of who might have been caught offguard by the med school with the repetition of the question. Oh well, shit happens.
2) Glory glory Man Utd!!! Perfect finish to the season with a double. Good final overall, 1st half dominated by Man Utd when they took the lead and squandered two brilliant chances. Chelski equalised before half time with a stroke of luck. 2nd half saw a more subdued performance by Man Utd with Chelski growing in confidence and looking more likely to score, hitting the post twice in the process. Extra time came, looked kinda 50-50, then Drogba got sent off, but a bit too late in the game to help Man Utd's cause. On to the penalties then, where Ronaldo shockingly missed the third kick, which must have been a big psychological blow to Utd. Everyone else converted up to the last kick of 5, where John Terry stepped up to win it for Chelski. Poor fella slipped at the wrong moment and Utd were back in. Then van Der Sar guessed correctly and saved Anelka's kick to send the "Big Ears" to Old Trafford. It was a 50-50 game overall me thinks, could have gone either way, am glad it went the Red Devil's way to give me something to cheer about to mark the end of exams (for now). Also, was pleasantly suprised by Ronaldo's performance, as it has been his best to date in a big game, at least in my opinion. And the defence was rock solid, especially Vidic. So one more domestic title and 2 more European cups to equal Liverfool's record as the most successful English team overall (but not in the past decade or so if i may point out).
3) Later that night, had a game of poker with a bunch of the usual people. Was nice to be able to do some catching up without the worries of exam.
